Vice President of Government Affairs and Community Relations
In her current position Victoria Jones is responsible for directing The Clorox Company’s global government affairs and community relations activity, including The Clorox Company Foundation.
Prior to joining Clorox in 1995, she was the state affairs manager for Southern California Gas Company in Sacramento, where she served liaison between the company and California legislators. She previously held a variety of management positions in public affairs, marketing, and human resources while at SoCal Gas.
Victoria is a co-founder of OAACC and has served as its vice chair. Previously she served as a board member and officer of the Bay Area Urban League. She has been a member of the Oakland Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce executive committee since 2002 and was chair of its board for the 2005-2006 term. She has served on the board of directors of Community Bank of the Bay since 2006, helping the bank to grow its loan base to small businesses, to those interested in environmental projects, and to those interested in developing the economic vitality of the region. She has a passion for economic development and she has been honored by many organizations for her efforts to serve the community and the region.
Victoria co-owns a UPS Store with her husband in Richmond, California. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
