United Airlines, Retired
Francine retired from United Airlines after 41 years of service. During that time she held many positions including Managing Director of Human Resources for Technical Operations, Managing Director of Labor Relations for the company's 8 labor unions which included contract intrepretation, coaching leaders thru the discipline and grievance process and acted as hearing officer in arbitrations. When she retired she was Managing Director of Engine Maintenance where she was responsible for maintaining engines to support United's fleet of 480 airplanes. Francine has a BS in Information Systems Management from the University of San Francisco. Over the years she has given a lot of her time to volunteer with organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco Red Cross, United Airlines Black Professional Organization, Bay Area Urban League and JobTrain (formerly OICW).
